Still darkness in Olotayan

Still darkness in Olotayan

We travelled by boat from Roxas City to get to this island called Olotayan, Panay with the OIM and Humanity First Canada NGO volunteers. The homes here have been rebuild by the NGO but many are still living off the spare materials they collected after the Typhoon Haiyan. Children here still live in the dark as this island has yet to receive help with electric cables and power. The main power station was also destroyed by the typhoon, and it will be months till they get any power here.
