What Is Your ‘Why’?

What Is Your ‘Why’?

The big ‘Why’ is something we all need to ask. Why do you do something? Why do you believe in another? Why do you wake up each morning and head to work? Why do you think you need to earn Money?

Years ago when I was working in the city, working to make money and paying off outstanding bills. I had no honest answer to my ‘why’. I pretended and conditioned myself for almost 30 years of my routine work life.

Today I do. I do this because I feel free, I do this to protect this freedom. I remember my fears, my depression and my ego. I do this so I can live a life where I am in touch with myself more. Even the smallest things matter to me. Like what I eat, who I meet or where I live. It’s a conscious decision to be aligned with my own life today.

When I create ideas of trips, projects or even helping another. It’s not because it’s the right thing to do. It’s my ‘why’. Because when I can create an idea and it will get others involved, or another person gets a little help, it’s this ‘freedom’ that we share together. it’s our own free will to do it. This is the way I protect myself, the way I feel I have a purpose. Maybe this is how I see my happiness, as I understand the pain of others, not being free.

What is your ‘why’? If you can’t give yourself an honest answer, then most likely you are not doing what you are suppose too. I believe we are all here for a purpose, in this life time. We have our missions, our paths to follow. You have an obligation to look for this path. An obligation to be free and happy.

Why do you eat? Because you are hungry. Why do you sleep? Because you are tired. So the answer is there, you do something because of a cause. The true nature of who you are has a cause. You have to start believing that you were born with a talent, a gift in life. You have to fight to find these answers. This is the only truth in your reality. Each one of us has something special thats hidden far within us, forgotten but not lost. Which is not related to money, labels, income, status or materials.

How? First – you must never live life the way others tell you too. No one can tell you what’s best for you. Not even the most spiritual guru or master out there. You can ask for advise, guides, but you need to decide for yourself. When you get off your routine excuses, off you high horse and start seeing your true reality, you will start living life again. Even a small start with something you love doing, something you call your passion, with those you care about. Be with those who see you as who you are. Ignore the rest, don’t get angry at them but see them as those who are still lost, be patient. Be selfish for your own freedom and happiness. Negative opinions don’t matter, they really don’t. Your life matters. What you feed your soul with matters.

Trust the universe. The answers will come. Remember this is a new quest for you alone. A new adventure. This is a new path that is undiscovered. So you will make mistakes! You will fail. If you are doing it all perfect, then you are not doing it right. If you are doing it for money or to get rich, you are still doing it wrong. It will be scary at times but that will make you stronger. It took me three years to realise my new life and understand that this is what I will be for the rest of my life. I will still change but I will always be what I am. Free.

What is your ‘Why’? Think about it for a minute.

Love & Light,
